Hamilton 7s are having a practice match against the Springbok 7s squad at Hamilton RFC on 21 January 2009 at 19h00. Hammies are using this as a practice match for the Cape Town Tens and the Springbok 7s are using the practice match for their forthcoming 7s tournaments
